Frequently Asked QuestionsHow do I receive my voucher? You can choose to have your voucher delivered electronically via email or regular post free of charge. If you wish, you can elect to have your voucher Express Posted to you at an additional charge of $5. How do I redeem by Gift Voucher? Gift Vouchers can be redeemed in person at our King Street Wharf Office, over the phone by calling 02 8296 7295 or email booking@cruisingrestaurants.com.au. Simply quote the voucher number at the time of making your booking and the date you wish to cruise. Can I extend the expiry date of my Gift Voucher? Gift Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase and may not be used if expired. What happens to any unused balance of Gift Vouchers? Any unused balance must be used by the expiry date. Any remaining balance will be retained by Sydney Showboats & Magistic Cruises and cannot be refunded or credited after expiry. What if I lose my Gift Voucher? The customer is responsible for the safe keeping of their Gift Voucher. If a voucher is lost or stolen Sydney Gift Certificates may replace it upon suitable identification checks are carried out. Can I return my Gift Voucher or exchange it for cash? Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. |
